We provide high-quality food products to various customers, and we are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Fort Morgan, CO. This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week and 12-hour shifts, offering a competitive compensation of $25.50/hr and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits

  • Operate standard maintenance tools and perform preventative maintenance
  • Read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
  • Complete troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues
  • Adhere to safety regulations and departmental policies
  • Identify sources of problems and perform maintenance tasks
  • Resolve problems with the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Maintain Process and Industry Standards and Specifications
  • Acquire planned materials and tools for work
  • Effectively communicate issues and actions
  • Participate in REPI events Required Qualifications
    • Willingness to work weekends
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Work history in the past 12 months
