  • Position Summary: The Director of Labor and Delivery Unit is responsible for the strategic planning, administrative, and clinical management of the Labor and Delivery department.
  • This role ensures the highest standards of care for mothers and their newborns while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice guidelines.
    • Job Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
    • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
    • At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
    • Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies.
