Job Description:

• Provide various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized modalities based on guest preferences and health conditions.
• Assess guest needs and customize treatments to deliver a superior wellness experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and massage equipment.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the session.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
• Recommend appropriate spa services and retail products to enhance the guest's wellness journey.
• Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to offer cutting-edge treatments.Education/Formal Training:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • State licensure in massage therapy required.Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a resort or spa environment.Knowledge/Skills:
      • Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
      • Strong communication and customer service skills.
      • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

          Requirements:
          • Key Responsibilities: - Report to work on time and in professional attire in accordance with company policy -
          • Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. -
          • Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position, the required duties as well as department requirements. -
          • Stay up to date with the latest Spa Trends - Must be extremely dependable with a strong work ethic. -
          • Must familiarize and maintain department education with all Spa Retail -
          • Responsible for helping to find shift coverage when necessary -
          • Must adhere to local and State Licensing Laws and Regulations. -
          • Must adhere to local and State Sanitizing laws. -
          • Cross-promote other Spa and Resort Services -
          • Possess strong interpersonal abilities. -
          • Anticipate, identify, and ensure customer needs are being met in the best way. -
          • Must be able to communicate effectively with The Springs Resort Staff and Management -
          • Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy, and an ability to handle difficult situations. -
          • Participate in any activity deemed necessary for the normal operations of the Spa department. -
          • Must perform in a timely manner and pay attention to appointment times -
          • Cross-promote other Spa and Resort Services - Possess strong interpersonal abilities -
          • Coordinate with Spa Manager and Human Resources on special projects as needed. -
          • Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism -
