Job Description:
Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency
Department for a travel nursing job in Grand Junction, Colorado.Job
Description & Requirements
Days - 3x12hours - 36hours/week
Weekends & Holidays as per facility needs.
Required Qualification:
Minimum 2+ years ED Experience: Required.
Current license as a Registered Nurse Emergency Room Experience in
the state of practice: Required
BLS - American Heart Association Required
Job Duties:
Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
Immediately stabilize incoming patients
Administer medication as instructed by physicians
Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones
Perform tracheotomies and intubations
Give patients stitches and sutures
Create and maintain incoming patient records
Work with team of emergency staff to help patients
Help transfer stable patients to other wings.
