Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA:Provide direct
and indirect medical care to meet the physiological, psychological
and emotional needs of the patientsObtain history and perform a
physical examination to determine patient health statusFormulate a
working diagnosis, develop and implement treatment plansIdentify
patient health conditions and prescribe treatment based on
diagnosisEvaluate patients who have returned from off-site
treatmentAdmit and discharge patients from all units in the
facilityConduct roundsSchedule and perform laboratory and
diagnostic proceduresQualifications:Qualifications for Nurse
Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA:Current unrestricted
license as a Nurse Practitioner in COCurrent DEA
registrationAppropriate collaborative agreement with the on-site
