Job Description:
A Lead Consultant delivers a positive customer experience,
utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs and provide
solutions. Key responsibilities include managing production flow,
taking customer orders, and recommending FedEx Office products and
services. The role requires excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with a focus on providing friendly, polite,
and expert service to all customers. The position also involves
coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders, operating the
Point of Sale terminal, and handling financial transactions.
Additional duties include collaborating with team members,
assisting with training, and maintaining quality standards. The
successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent
education, 2+ years of specialized experience, and the ability to
stand during entire shifts, move and lift 55 pounds, and work in a
fast-paced environment.
