Ski Technicians Needed for Seasonal Roles in Aspen, CO
Ski Butlers, a leading ski and snowboard rental delivery company, is seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Ski Technicians. As a Ski Technician, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals, providing on-mountain support, and picking up gear at the end of the rental period.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Delivery: Complete scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings, focusing on Key Customer Requirements (KCRs)
      
    • KCR #1: On Time - Arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed-upon time
      
    • KCR #2: Communication - Set clear expectations around the entire scope of service
      
    • KCR #3: Equipment - Choose the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
      
    • Support: Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes
      
    • Pickup: Bring back all scheduled returns to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered, and tuned for their next use
      
    • Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
      
    • Packing orders for future delivery
      
    • Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
      
      
      Secondary Responsibilities:
      
      • 
        
      • Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance
        
      • Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
        
      • Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
